pretty good ramen! spice level is definitely up there. medium spice may be too much for the average american. rice bowls are also super good. good value and quality food for what you pay! uploading recent menu pics for my own sanity

The atmosphere was very welcoming, casual and fun. It wasn’t crowded and they had indoor seating of your choice. The food didn’t take long to come out and they had a menu with an immense variety of things to try. My friend and I had the steamed buns, blaze ramen and white truffle ramen. Definitely come try them out if you haven’t had ramen before! Thank you for the awesome first experience!

We ordered the Blaze Ramen bowl with chicken + crispy chicken kaarage. The best popcorn chicken I've had in Charlotte, even compared to competitors like noodle planet in LA. The spice was fire and I chose it to sooth an scratchy throat and chest. We sat outside and it was nice weather out, sans the flies every now and then. I gave it 4 stars because I did find a hair in my ramen bowl, but nonetheless, the flavor was amazing and outstanding. I will definitely be coming back here again. It is such a vibe.
